Does Your Online Experience Match Up With Your In-Store Experience?

http://If you are operating out of a brick-and-mortar business and have a website, one thing you should consider is how consistent your messages are between the two. Consider the following examples:

  • Maybe you have the friendliest staff. They go out of their way to help every customer and genuinely care about one another. Can your customers expect the same type of treatment when they visit your website?
  • What happens with a customer phones your location? Is the experience as friendly and speedy as your email communication?
  • You spent a ton of money developing a beautiful website full of great content and amazing designs. Does your store’s decor tell the same story?

These are just three potential scenarios. I am sure you can think of others. Take a few minutes today and take a close look at the consistencies and inconsistencies. Then do something about them.
