I had to make a couple calls this morning looking for a certain camera part. I got three different responses from the three stores I called:
- No answer
- A slow answer with a “too busy to help me at the moment” attitude
- A quick answer, followed by resounding enthusiasm.
Store number three was clear downtown; however, I drove there. I did so because in that short phone call they built trust and credibility.
This might seem so basic, but we have to remember that it’s often the littlest details that make the most difference to our customers.
