Opinion: Why AT&T’s Attitude Is Hurting Its Brand.

I ran into the article above (follow link) earlier and had to laugh. It seems that I am not the only one that has a problem with how AT&T is addressing the challenges it faces with the iPhone. Will AT&T actually do something significant to address this issue or will the company just bury its head in the sand?
